Kraft with Karleigh Sue

Hi Bloggers
Its time for our next Team A challenge at Karleigh Sue and this time is a favourite of mine

KRAFT

I used the fabulous festive Holiday Greetings for my make this time

I coloured her with my ProMarkers, layering up 2 layers on her hat and the bow and added chunky glitter and a little cotton wool to the fur on her hat. I wanted to keep my card quite CAS so just added a sentiment cut with a freebie die from a recent craft mag, which I shadowed, some pressies I fussy cut from a sheet of background paper, 2 thin strips of red snowflake paper and some garnet Liquid Pearls

I hope you like her and come along and join in with our Kraft Challenge here

Hi

Hi Bloggers

I thought I would share a little card I made a while ago using a cute little Karleigh Sue digi called Russell, it seems to fit with the colours around at the moment

I used a 4x4" scalloped card base and some embossed paper from my stash. I coloured Russell with my ProMarkers and added a leaf stem die cut and the 'Hi' greeting is on cork alpha tiles

Just a quick little make from me suitable for the Autumn season

Hello Bloggers

I'm very excited to share this post with you today
A FaceBook friend of mine, Anne Lise Johannessen asked me if I would like to be  Guest Designer for her website Barnemix, and of course I jumped at the chance

The image is from the fab sponsor MilkCoffee Digi Stamps and the theme is

I coloured her using my ProMarkers and added Wink of Stella clear glitter pen to her wings. The paper is from my stash and I added paper flowers, leaves, pearls & bakers twine to finish the card

Follow Your Dreams with All Dressed Up

Hello Bloggers

I am sharing one of this month's New Releases from

and this fabulous image is called

Follow Your Dreams

I decided I wanted to go for a CAS card using bright colours and used my ProMarkers to colour the image as well as to do the blue shadow round the image and the edge. I used scraps of plain card & paper from my stash for the layers, banners & words. I am really happy with how this card ended up and think I may do more bright cards

Don't forget you can find all of Wendy's fantastic All Dressed Up images in the etsy shop here, and join in our blog challenges here & FaceBook challenges here

I've been itching to share this post for days and now I finally can :)

I don't have a project to share with you yet as my first make is for the October Challenge which is on 12th October but I can share a sneak peek with you

You can take a look at all of the great images in the Etsy Store

There is a FaceBook group here where you can share all your makes and find out all the latest news

1st Karleigh Sue Fortnightly Challenge

Hi Bloggers

Karleigh Sue challenges will now be once every fortnight and I am proud to be sharing my DT work for the 1st of these challenges, which is

I decided to make a card I could use for either a male or female birthday and used the great
which I coloured with my ProMarkers in blue's & turquoise's. I printed the image twice and decoupaged up the bows, balls & icing on the middle cake. I added a small flat back heart, Stickles & Liquid Pearls along with a clear glitter pen to decorate the cake. The sentiment is a large die cut from 2 pieces of card I stuck together with DST before cutting and then decorated round it with small flat back gems in 2 shades of blue. The papers were from my stash as were the teeny thin ribbons I used down the side of the card. As I wanted this to be good for men as well as women I didn't add too much ribbon and decided against flowers, it's quite a simple layout but I like it

Don't forget to enter the challenge here and you can share all you Karleigh Sue makes in the FaceBook Fan Group
So why not pop over to the Karleigh Sue Digi's Etsy Shop and take a look at all of the fabulous images you can buy to use in our challenges
