My Birthday Blog Candy

MY BIRTHDAY BLOG CANDY

Hello Bloggers

As it's my birthday on July 31st I am running a little blog candy but with a difference
I have a page on FaceBook where I sell my cards & crafts to raise funds for my local Sue Ryder Hospice which is Thorpe Hall. My aunt spent her final days there in January this year, and my children's dad spent his last days there in 2002. The staff there are the best and always helpful, considerate and can't do enough for you. They treat their patients like people and not just numbers on a to-do list.
To be in the running for a chance to win my little candy I'm nor asking for you to follow my blog or share my candy (though you can if you wish) I would like it if you would like my FaceBook page and share it on your FaceBook or blog. I know 99.9% of you will make you own crafty items but the more people I can get to view & like the page the more money I will hopefully raise

https://www.facebook.com/LilliRoseThorpeHall/

Once you have liked and shared my page if you pop back here and comment on this post that you have done so I will add your name to the draw. I will get my hubby to pull a name out the hat (more than likely a cup though) on 14th August so I will take entries until 11.59pm on 13th August GMT

Now this might be a bit cheeky but if you would not only like another entry into my blog candy draw but also help raise funds for the hospice and be in a raffle for a chance to win a crochet Teddy Bears Picnic set that I made, then there is a post pinned on my LilliRose page where for £1 a number you can be in the draw to win. There are only 20 numbers left and for every number you buy you will not only get your name into the raffle but also into the blog candy draw. Click the link below to take you to the raffle post

Raffle For ThorpeHall

I will cover the cost of posting the blog candy and the raffle prize to anywhere in the world
The blog candy is a selection of handmade paper flowers, paper straws & 2 large gem set metal buckles plus I will add some ribbons too

Thank you

Playing with my Pencils

Hi Bloggers

It's time for me to share my DT make for the new challenge at

I wanted to get back into using my Spectrum Noir pencils so went with a CAS card as I love this image and think she looks cute without needing any embellishments and papers. The only things I used other than pencils was Glossy Accents on the balloon, a black fine liner and stamp
The image is called

and I've listed the colours I used below

I hope you will come along and join us in our 20th Challenge, and don't forget to join the FaceBook page here for all the latest news

Sweet Little Fairy

Hello Bloggers

It's time again for the new challenge at

Lemon Shortbread

and I used to super sweet

Curtsy Floral Fairy

Isn't she just so cute
I decided she would be perfect for my cousin's little girls birthday, Maysie loves pink & fairies
I coloured her with ProMarkers, colours listed below, and added glossy accents to the flower centres. I used a Dovecraft pink doily, Magnolia butterfly paper and lilac card embossed with a DoCrafts swirl embossing folder. The butterfly is from a Tonic punch, gems & the number 3 from my stash and I cut the 'today' using a Tattered Lace alphabet die set

I hope you like my make this time and come along and join our challenge
