Ohhhhhhh How Cute

Hi Bloggers

I have just discovered a brilliant new digi image company

Their images are just sooooooooooo cute, but as soon as I found this little cutie she had to be the one (in case you cant tell from my blog I am mad about ladybugs)

Isnt she just the sweetest ladybug.
So I had a wicker candle holder that was originally brought for the garden, its not going out there now lol
I coloured Ladybug Emma with pro markers and might just add her a bit of stickles bling on her antennae. I found some ribbon stuff, well its hard to explain but its kinda like hairy twine but in flat strips all joined together, so used that and some black knitted flower lace around the middle.

I used silver chain & charms with red & black beads joined at odd intervals around the top edge to give it a bit of sparkle, and while I had the beads out I made 3 stick pins decorated with beads, twisted some black raffia and used up the last piece of the red twine-ribbon.

This will now be staying in my craft room, not sure what to use it for yet but no way is anyone else getting their mitts on it.

My 1st Time .....

..... using Spectrum Noirs :)

AND I have to say I am very impressed. After I found out they didn't really like my normal stamping card and preferred diamond white we got on great, no bleeding, nice blending, and colours nicely. I don't have the full set yet, but am working on hubby getting me some for my birthday, so I went with what I had.

I originally ordered the set of stamps this stamp is in from Kanban in their closing down sale but they sent another set instead so I wasn't very happy, but found them at Hobbycraft last week for £5.00 :D very happy me.
I stamped in Memento Rich Cocoa, and coloured with Spectrum Noirs. The papers are all bits from my scrap box, I don't throw much away when it comes to papers, and I chalked the edges as well as chalking the edges of the white card blank. I used an old wooden button from my stash and some thin burgundy twine. The paper the sentiment is on I distressed using my Tim Holtz distress tool and chalked the edges. I added copper Liquid Pearls to the back of the corset and small dots in some corners.

I must say I really enjoyed making this, even though its not my normal style with flowers and pretty things, I like the colours and the way it turned out.

Two Babba Boys!!

OK OK

Now I know it's been months & months since I've actually posted anything I've made on my blog (I am so sorry little blog for abandoning you but I am back now & I promise to be a better blogger) so here is the card I made for my cousin & her family on the arrival of their twin boys. OMG I have never seen such cute & tiny wee bubbas as those little boys, Brodie & Brentley, but before I get carried away gushing over them here is my card.

Isn't that image just so damn cute, you can find it here along with 2 single pea babies.
I coloured the image with pro markers and edged with chalks, the papers are from my stash, the dragonfly die-cuts I chalked as well as the edges of the flourish round the sentiment date stamp, which if I remember rightly is from Pink Gem. I finished off with some tiny flat back pearls.

I hope you like my make and I promise to share more with you from now on.
Thanks for visiting
