Sweet Baby Girl

Hi Bloggers

My daughter asked me to make a New Baby Girl card for someone at her work, and as all the recent baby cards I have made have been for boys I loved the chance to get glittery and flowery

The gorgeous image is a  Whimsy stamp called 'Wee One'. I coloured her with Pro Markers & added clear Wink of Stella glitter pen to the bird and horse. The heart bunting is a die from Joanna Sheen and the flowers are from a Magnolia flower die. Papers are from my stash, I think they are from  LOTV NitWit 8x8 pad

I am off tomorrow to help my friend sort out more of her craft room, or should I say her craft mess in a room, so if I dont blog again in a few days you will find me burried under 6x6 pads and glitter glue :)

Cute Christmas

Hello Bloggers

I'm here with my 2nd DT card for
and this time I used the
stamp set which is brilliant value at only £6.99 for 8 clear stamps including a seasonal sentiment

Now my family seems to grow by at least  every year, this year we will have 3 new baby boys by Christmas which means 3 'Baby's 1st Christmas' cards need to be made. That's easy part with these adorable stamp sets
I coloured the penguin with Pro Markers and used clear 'Wink of Stella' glitter pen on the snow. The papers are from the 'Rosa Dotje 6x6 Pere Noel' paper pad, they are gorgeous, excellent quality, double sided papers in shades of blue, grey & red. I used a square doily, grey organza ribbon, a snowflake die cut and gem from my stash. I added baby blue stickles to the edge of the snowflake and the edge of the backing paper behind the penguin image

Gingerbread Teddy !!!

Hi Bloggers

Now many of you probably know how much I love Ladybugs, but I also love Gingerbread People too. I have a large-ish collection of all sorts of gingerbread things and I find it very difficult to use my crafty things featuring gingerbread people BUT I thought that this gorgeous image deserved to be gingered all out

Now isn't he just adorable :) He is of course Teddy Bo
I coloured him with Pro Markers, used papers from my stash, ribbon that I had been hoarding for ages (it was so hard to use some) and a sentiment from my randoms box

I also used some fab green & gold foils from Foil Play to highlight some of the buttons and candy sticks on the backing paper and random green dots on the green paper. I also used the green foil on the candy cane bow Teddy Bo is holding and on his bow tie
It doesn't show too good in the photo but when the light catches it, the foils give a lovely shine
Foil Play have a Face Book page where you can enter each monthly challenge and be in with a chance of winning some fabulous goodies. You can find the FB page here

Make It Girly

Hello Bloggers
It's a Monday so that means the start of another challenge at

As always the challenge is
Anything Goes
and the added twist this time is

MAKE IT GIRLY

This time I used the cute 'Pegasus' on my card

I coloured her with Neocolor II Wax Pastels and I have to say for a first attempt using them I am very happy with the result. The sentiment I printed off and I used a piece of vellum bunting that came in a pack free with a a magazine. Simple 'Swiss Dots' embossing folder was glamed up with turquoise and gold gems, and I finished off with Wink of Stella clear glitter pen on Pegasus' horn

I hope you will come along and join us in our challenge this time and I cant wait to see your entries
