Rustic Christmas

Hi Bloggers

So Google tells me there's only 57 days till Christmas!!! Good job I've got a good stack of cards made already, and that's thanks to the beautiful clear stamp sets available at


I used the set 'Holly Collage' to make my rustic Christmas card


I stamped with 'Memento Tuxedo Black' and coloured with Pro Markers. The checked paper is from the 'Rosa Dotje 6x6 pad - Pere Noel Basic', this is a fantastic basic paper pad with solids, dots and checks. The sentiment and the small holly stamps are included in the 'Holly Collage' set. I used kraft card to mount everything on and distress ink to colour my scalloped card blank, the finishing touches were twine, gold liquid pearls and glossy accents to the holly berries

SPOOOOOKY!!!

Hello Bloggers
Today is the start of another new challenge at


As always it's 'Anything Goes' and this times twist is 

HALLOWEEN

I used the sweet 'Little Gipsy' on my project


To start I cut myself a large tag from some thick, 300gsm, card and covered it with some grey script paper. I use Tim Holtz mini ink pad 'Black Soot' to ink the edges and make the paper slightly darker. I coloured 'Little Gipsy' with Pro Markers and added glossy accents to the spots on her hat and dress, her eyes and the bobble on her hat. I used some black and purple spiderweb mesh, formed it into a large bow  and stuck it on top of a piece of red wired braid and attached to the top corner of the tag. I coloured a die cut bird black and covered it in crackle accents before putting on top of the bow. I used a corner die cut in pearlescent card, coloured purple, in the opposite bottom corner and stuck 'Little Gipsy' behind it. The finishing touch is 3 red dew drops and black & white bakers twine

Ho Ho Ho

Hi Bloggers
I'm sharing a card using one of the the great Cuddly Buddly clear stamp sets


This fab stamp is from the 'Jolly Santa' set which comes with the 'Ho Ho Ho' sentiment too
I coloured him with Pro Markers and added Frosted Lace Stickles to the fur on his outfit. The papers are from Rosa Dotje 6x6 pads 'Merry Christmas' and 'Pere Noel'
I mounted them all on kraft card and used some gems, green organza ribbon, button and printed ribbon from my stash. I finished off with glossy accents on the sentiment and Santa's nose & boots

Sweet Birthday Girl

I'm sharing a card I made with a super sweet freebie image from
All Dressed Up
They have a huge blog hop and freebie image giveaway to celebrate their birthday


Isn't she a cutie :) My first instinct was to colour her pink but seeing as I always seem to go for that I decided to go green as my main colour and pink highlights
I coloured her with Pro Markers and added white pen 'freckles' & cake sprinkles. The papers were from my stash as was the ribbon, pearls and brads. The flowers I made with some beautiful vellum that has glittered butterflies embossed onto it & I used the Tim Holtz Tattered Flower Garland die to cut them
I really enjoyed making this and seeing all the amazing makes on the All Dressed Up DT blog hop

Awwwww

Morning Bloggers

Notice the lack of the word 'Good' before the 'Morning', that's because its not :( 
I had a bit of a sore throat yesterday and today I have a full blown cold, sore throat, achy everywhere etc etc and to top it all I was up and wide awake at 3am!!! What a stupid time to be awake, especially on a Sunday.

OK so enough of me moaning, I'm going to share another of my DT cards for 
Cuddly Buddly


I am loving how cute the Cuddly Buddly Stamp Sets are and that they all mix & match with each other. This super cute stamp is in the Winter Walkies set.
I coloured the image with Pro Markers and added stickles to the snow and tree & glossy accents to the berries and the dogs nose. The white paper with coloured stars on and the blue star paper are both from the Rosa Dotje 6x6 Paper Pad - Merry Christmas, and the circle sentiment is from a Digi sentiment Sheet which you can find here. The silver stars and pink fibre was from my stash.

I hope you are all cracking on with your Christmas makes, only 73 days till Santa visits :)

Bob, Bob, Bobbin Along

I'm sharing another of my makes for


I used the super sweet Robin stamp from the set

Toby Tumble & Robins


I coloured this with Derwent Inktense pencils which I am still learning to use and enjoying myself. The backing paper is from the Rosa Dotje 6x6 pad called Pere Noel, the poinsettias are cut from paper oddments using a Marianne Design Creatables Die - Poinsettias Miniature. I added glossy accents to the holly berries on the border, which are also a stamp in the set as is the sentiment. the card was finished off with some small gems in the corners

I will be back again soon with some more Christmas inspiration using the fabulous Cuddly Buddly Stamp Sets

Beautiful Autumn

Hi Bloggers
Its time for the 4th challenge at PPINKYDOLLS and the theme this time is

I used the gorgeous 'Forest Friends' which you can find here along with all of Chrishanthi's amazing images
I coloured her with Pro Markers and only used brown/cream tones. The backing papers, lace, webbing & pearls are all from my stash and the flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts
