OMG!!!!!! Again :-)

Good Morning Bloggers

I have more fabby news to share with you
I applied to be part of the Cuddly Buddly DT and I got accepted!
It was such a shock and when my parcel of stamps arrived on Friday I could of danced round the room
I am sharing my 1st DT card for Cuddly Buddly

I used my Pro Markers to colour the beautiful stamp called Poinsettia Collage, The sentiment is included in the stamp set as well as 4 little co-ordinating stamps. The backing papers are from the gorgeous Rosa Dotje set called 'Merry Christmas' and I layered them onto red card stock. The green organza ribbon & gold gems are from my stash and I used teeny gold beads for the middle of the poinsettia

I shall be sharing more Christmas makes using Cuddly Buddly clear stamp sets soon

OMG! Happy Happy Me

Good Morning Bloggers

I have some news that made me jump up & down, well OK it was jumping up & down in my head
I applied for a DT position & I didn't think I would get chosen in a million years ............
...................... but I did!!!

Chrishanthi draws some amazing & beautiful images and I am lucky enough to work with these now :)

Our challenges are always
ANYTHING GOES
and will have an optional twist each time, you can find out all the details and my fellow DT makes here

So here is my make, well actually I loved the image I used so much I made to projects.

The first one
This beautiful girl is called
I coloured her with Pro Markers and used chalks to distress the edges of the heart die cut and the underneath layer of the butterfly, the top layer I coloured with my markers again. The papers were from my stash and the ribbon was actually wrapped around a pack of card blacks I recently brought. The tiny butterflies are from an XCut Palm Punch & are coloured with Pro Markers again, the pearls are from my stash

I would like to enter this into these challenges:

Onto my second make again using 'Thinking'
After doing a light and dreamy card I made a more funky one and gave her red hair :)
Again coloured with Pro Markers and the background papers from my stash, I do know the butterfly paper is a Magnolia one. The sentiment I stamped using a fab alphabet set I brought for £1 from Hobbycraft and I used the same tiny punched butterflies but this time coloured them a dark purple. I made the flower myself by inking some plain white tissue paper with memento ink pads, tore the paper into circle-ish shapes of various sizes, added a thin layer of pva glue & when it was nearly dry I scrunched the circles up, layered them & added a brad to the centre. I then shaped it into the flower shape I wanted, added more pva and heated it till it was dry and slightly stiff, finishing with the odd dot of Stickles

I hope you are all going to join in our very first challenge & I look forward to seeing all your gorgeous creations

Foil Flower

Hello again

I'm sharing a card I made for Foil Play

The foils are so versatile you can use them for loads of things. I used some double sided sticky peel-off leaves and used the plain green foil and touches of a gold feathered design. Then I used a plain gold, a matt gold, plain copper and holographic gold, cut into different sized circles and layered them up to make a flower using a green brad for the center. I then scrunched the flower up in my hand and really wrinkled up the foils.
I wanted to keep the rest of the card quite plain so I just embossed a square 5mm in from the edge of the card and mounted the flower card into the center and it was done

You can join in our monthly challenges at Foil Play on the facebook page here
and be in with a chance of winning some fab goodies

Cute Christmas

Hiya Bloggers
Well it's nearly the end of August and up till now I had made ummmm 1 Christmas card for this year :( Thought I better get my bum in gear and make some more, so I started with this cutie pie

awwwwww arnt they adorable :)
The stamp is a Cuddly Buddly red rubber stamp and I coloured it with Pro Markers and added Doodlebug Ladybug Glitter to the tinsel on the tree. The papers are from my stash and matted onto cream shimmer card. I finished off with 2 die cut snowflakes on top of each other and lots of flat back gems, the more bling the better at Christmas

I hope you like it

Splish Splash

Hiya Bloggers

Thought I would share another of my makes using an
digi

Isn't she beautiful
I coloured her with pro markers, made the card from a 6x6 card blank but folded it 3/4 & 1/4 instead of 1/2 & 1/2. The papers are from my stash and I used a Martha Stewart punch along the edges. The sentiment is a LOTV circle stamp and I added clear gems round it. I added clear, blue, pink and purple gems to the smaller side so they looked like bubbles
I hope you will come along and follow the Autumn Moon Design fb page and take a look at the wonderful designs that Samantha produces

I'm Not Square

Good Morning Bloggers

Today I'm sharing a card I made with a beautiful digi from

This is only the second of these fab digi's I have coloured but I have a feeling that I shall be needing to buy a lot more, they are just so beautiful
I coloured her with pro markers & I am rather pleased with her. The challenge at All Dressed Up this week is 'Anything But Square' so I decided to go with an easel card but with a difference. I made a normal easel card from a 6x6 card base and then cut a semi-circle from the folded over bit. This then flipped up to become the backing for the ballerina digi. Its the first time I've tried this and I have to say I'm very happy with how it turned out.
The papers are from my stash, as are the flowers  and pearls which I added in different sizes and co-ordinating colours. I wanted a sentiment to go with the digi and when I found this on Google I loved it, I think it's a perfect match :)
